A 3-hour workshop
50 minutes - Flow: Warm up and activate the muscles that are maintained by inhaling or exhaling. Breathing therefore not only sets the rhythm, but it helps to stay centered. We end with relaxation.
75 minutes - Hypnotherapy: A deep and therapeutic relaxation that allows you to reach, or even exceed, a person's conscious potential. Hypnosis is a practice aimed at helping you, through the mind alone, move from negative thoughts to positive outcomes.
50 minutes - Journaling: A writing workshop for deep introspections, linked to the hypnotherapy session.
