Shipping, returns and exchanges

How to make a return

You will need your email address and your order # to complete your request. We will contact you to help you. The deadlines for returns are 7 working days, following your purchase.

The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution).

Return policy

You have 7 days after receipt of your order to return it. A fee of $8.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all returns shipped to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund (delays may vary depending on your financial institution).

CONDITIONS: The item must be in the same condition as when sold, i.e. in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. You must provide a document on which your first name, last name and order number are written inside your return. Shipping costs for your initial order are the customer's responsibility. If the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above (item broken, having been worn, washed or stained), no refund will be made.

Is it possible to make an exchange

Exchanges are possible to replace the same product, of the same color, but in a different size if it is available. All requests should be made to the email address social@sabeathletic.com
