Emma knows what she’s doing

The studio felts like a safe space. Emma showed us a great routine, and she was making sure that we were pushing ourselves through it , without making us feel bad or guilty if we « gave up » from time to time.

Emma is the Best!

I've been attending her classes for weeks now and her workouts are full body, always changing, and overall amazing! She provides challenging but do-able routines that will make you feel it the next day. I also love the feeling of the studio, its such a warm and cozy atmosphere.
